How do i update a video card?

I went to install Age of empires 3 it did i, i went to play it, and it said "your video card/driver is old you might want to get it updated" What does it mean?|||You need to find out what type of graphics card you have. You either have an ATI or Nvidia.



You can check by going to Device Manger. Start > Control Panel >(make sure that it is in classic view) System > Hardware > Device Manager.

From there, click on the + sign beside of display adapters, It will tell you what model graphics card you have.

Try to find drivers for your graphics card.

After that a window will pop up and you will beable to see what video card you have. Once you find out google (name of video card) driver. Download it and install it. If that doesn't fix the problem then you need a new graphics card (part of computer that plays games and does picturey... stuff) Unfortunatly if your playing this on a laptop your out of luck because you cant update a graphics card on a laptop. If your on a desk top you can buy and install a graphics card from around 50$.
