Minecraft issues bad video card drives please help.?

How do I fix it? I know I have a bad computer and I can't buy any udates or physical parts for the computer (it's part of a network that I don't own and I only get it for this year so I also don't want to put any pricey stuff on it) I am aloud to download from the web though and I can't download any "removable media" I'm currently broke :'( so i can't buy anything.
