How do you update your the video card?

i think i need to update my video card but i don't know how. could someone help me? i have windows 7 if that helps at all|||Go to the Control Panel, Device Manager and click on Display Adapters. Your computer's display adapter will be identified. Make note of the identification. Right click on the adapter and choose properties and you can then get the driver date and version. Now go to the adapter manufacturer's web site, look up the adapter and see what the latest driver is. If the drivers listed are newer than what you have, download the driver. Follow any instructions that are available for installation otherwise, go to the Control Panel, Device Manager, Display Adapter and delete the adapter. Reboot then go to the driver that you downloaded and install it usually by double clicking it.
