How can i fix my laptops video card?

when i attemt to play a dvd on my media player i get this:

Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.

i cant seem too find any updates that i've missed and other video like youtube and downloads work fine. can anyone tell me how to fix this?|||hey brown bear.. i have something called the VLC media player. works like a charm no matter what i view.

give that a shot..

and also be really drunk when you install it|||take it to computer store they'll fix it for you|||I'm not so sure whether this is the DVD's regional protect system or because you don't have a suitable decoder program installed in your computer.

If you need to remove DVD's region protect system you need to install a program such as DVD region free at http://www.dvdidle.com/download.htm

Decoder program can be download for free at
