Update my video card?

I have windows XP but its saying I need to update the video card to play sims 3. I was wondering if there is anyway I can do this for free. Driver detective and Driver boost doesnt work. I have a Radeon 9200 SE AGP (0x5964)|||On the other hand you shall install 3d analyzer to act as a virtual graphics card to play games.. get it here
