How do you update your video card on intel.com (I have windows xp)?

I just brought the sims 3, but I can't play because it says I need to update my video card. Please help me!|||its a piece of physical hardware. not software|||right click my computer>choose properties>device manager>display adapters>right click on your card>update driver|||im haveing the same problum =[ please tell me if u figer it out
