Is there anything i can do to my video card to make it run mw2?

i have this video card Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family and i was wondering if i could update it or something to have it run Call of duty or if i would have to buy a new graphics card its giving me the error does not support ubyte4n|||Nope, that's not a dedicated video card therefore even if you were able to launch the game it would be unplayable. You need a dedicated card for most 3D games.
